The Mission

As a member of our Pick Team, you are the engine that keeps our store looking full, fresh, and ready for our customers. You are the expert on where product lives and how to get it onto the floor efficiently. If you enjoy a physically active role, thrive in the early morning hours, and take pride in seeing a perfectly stocked shelf, you’ll fit right in with our team.

Key Responsibilities

Product Flow & Merchandising
Drive Floor Fullness: Ensure the retail floor is always fully stocked and visually appealing for our customers.
Replenishment: Proactively identify "holes" on the shelves and fill them using stock from top shelves, the warehouse, and storage drawers.
Accuracy & Care: Handle product with care during the movement process to ensure quality and organization are maintained.

Store Support & Versatility
Front-End Support: Be ready and willing to learn the cash desk; our Pick Team plays a vital role as backup cashiers to ensure a seamless checkout experience during busy times.
Team Player: Step in to assist with "other duties as assigned" to help the store run smoothly.

Requirements & Physical Demands
Physical Stamina: This is an active, physical role. You must be comfortable with constant walking, bending, and lifting throughout your shift.

Availability: Must be available to work both weekdays and weekends.
Early Birds Only: Shifts run strictly from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail setting is considered an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Reliability: Since your shift starts before the store opens, punctuality is key to getting the floor ready for our customers.
