Summary

We are seeking a part time Pharmacist to join our team in Fruitland. The ideal candidate will be a confident individual with strong interpersonal skills, dedicated to delivering friendly service and ensuring optimal patient care.
Responsibilities
Provide expert medication advice and support to patients
Ensure accurate medication dispensing and administration
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices
Educate patients on medication usage and potential side effects
Manage inventory and ensure compliance with health regulations
Assist in acute care settings as needed




Support pediatric care initiatives within the pharmacy

Qualifications
Valid pharmacist license in Canada
Robust hospital experience with a focus on acute care
Proficiency in patient care practices
Familiarity with pediatrics is an asset
Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
Experience with medication administration processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
