Female Basketball Coach (Instructor) – Elevate Girls Basketball (Richmond Hill)

Job Summary
Elevate Girls Basketball is looking for a passionate and dedicated Female Basketball Coach (Instructor) to lead and inspire young girls in developing their basketball skills, teamwork, and confidence.

We provide basketball training exclusively for girls ages 6 to 13 in a secure, supportive, and empowering workplace that encourages learning, growth, and fun.

Duties and Responsibilities
Create and follow a basketball practice plan for each session.
Lead fun and engaging basketball practices for girls ages 6–13.
Teach basic basketball skills, drills, and game rules.
Encourage teamwork, confidence, and good sportsmanship.
Keep players safe and ensure positive behavior during classes.




Communicate with parents and staff when needed.

Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience coaching basketball or working with children is preferred.
Positive attitude, patience, and positive communication skills.
Ability to create a fun and inclusive environment for all players.
NCCP certification is an asset.
Passion for mentoring and inspiring young girls through sports.
