We are seeking a confident, productive, motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our high-volume, well-established practice in Sarnia, Ontario. We are a patient-focused dental practice committed to delivering high-quality, comprehensive care in a modern and supportive environment. What You Can Expect:
$180,000 – $600,000+ annual earning potential
Consistent, established patient base
High case acceptance and strong hygiene support
Full clinical autonomy
Fully equipped operatories
Full-time and Flexible schedule
Established patient base
Up-to-date, fully digital office (digital X-rays, intraoral scanners, charting, etc.)
Experienced clinical and administrative support team focused on efficiency
Continuing education support
Existing schedule ready to be taken over
Full-time or part-time opportunity
Monday–Friday schedule

What We Are Looking For:




DDS/DMD, BDS degree
Active license in positive standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)
Strong comprehensive treatment planning skills
Confident in restorative, crown & bridge, extractions, dentures and general dentistry procedures
Strong communication, chairside manner and patient focused
Commitment to patient-centered care
Experience preferred but new graduates welcome to apply
