Celestia Experience is seeking dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Guests Event Specialists to become the face of one of Toronto's most unique immersive experiences. Every guest interaction matters, and we're looking for professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do
Welcome guests and create an outstanding first impression.
Scan tickets and assist with admissions using digital ticketing systems.
Answer guest questions with confidence and professionalism.
Quickly resolve guest concerns while maintaining a positive experience.
Assist with seating, crowd flow, and event operations.
Help with opening and closing procedures.
Communicate effectively with managers and fellow team members.
Ensure every guest leaves having had an exceptional experience.

Qualifications
Customer service, hospitality, theater, attractions, or event experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be reliable and punctual.
