Your expertise in Canadian design standards and extensive market knowledge will guide the estimation and bidding process effectively.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare structural steel estimates from client designs
Review client drawings, specifications, and bid documents
Develop labor-hour estimates for various activities
Solicit and evaluate supplier quotations
Attend client meetings to discuss project requirementsRequirements:
5+ years of structural steel estimating experience in Canada
Robust understanding of Canadian design standards
Proficient with estimating software and tools
