If you have a passion for creating delicious dough, sauces, and perfectly prepped ingredients, we invite you to be a part of our culinary team.ResponsibilitiesProduce high-quality pizza dough, following established recipes and techniques, ensuring consistency and adherence to our signature taste.Conduct vegetable and ingredient preparation.Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients, notifying the supervisor of any shortages, and contributing to order placement.Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of prep tasks.Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling and storage of food products.Contribute to the development of new recipes and menu items, sharing creative ideas and suggestions.RequirementsPrevious experience as a prep cook or in a similar culinary role,



preferably in a high-volume restaurant or pizzeria.Strong knowledge and experience in dough production, with the ability to consistently create a perfect pizza dough.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all food preparation.Solid organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.Ability to lift 80 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.Pizzeria Badiali is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in its workforce.
