Overview
Prepare candidates for the Cook Red Seal examination through focused culinary review and examination practice.
Responsibilities
Review food safety, kitchen operations and preparation techniques.
Cover cooking methods, recipes, yields, portioning and culinary calculations.
Facilitate scenario-based and procedural exam questions.
Deliver practice tests and mock examinations.
Experience
Red Seal endorsement preferred.
Solid qualified culinary experience.
Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
Culinary teaching or mentoring experience considered an asset.
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
