About the Role:
Join the award-winning Flavours Cuisine & Catering, Calgary’s leading African restaurant, known for authentic West African and Nigerian dishes. We’re seeking a skilled Cook who can bring passion and creativity to our busy kitchen.

Responsibilities:
Learn,Prepare and cook African meals such as jollof rice, egusi soup, suya, grilled meats, and other regional dishes
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
Assist with menu planning and recipe consistency
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment

Qualifications:




Minimum 2 years of experience cooking African or international cuisine
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Solid work ethic and reliability
Able to work flexible shifts – days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $17,000.00-$35,000.00 per year

cooking: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent, ProServe (preferred)
