Job Summary

We are a new Greek restaurant opening in Scarborough, and we’re looking for an experienced grill cook to join our opening team. We’ll be serving authentic Greek gyros, souvlaki, grilled meats and fresh sides. We need someone who takes pride in cooking great food and can keep quality consistent when orders are coming in fast.

What you’ll do
Cook souvlaki, burgers and other menu items on the grill and flat top
Prepare and portion ingredients for service
Follow recipes and maintain consistent cooking and presentation standards
Keep your station clean, organized and ready for busy periods
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Work with the team to get orders out accurately and on time

What we’re looking for
Experience working a grill in a restaurant or fast-paced kitchen




Confidence cooking meats to the proper temperature
Ability to stay organized and work well under pressure
Reliability, a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Greek or Mediterranean cooking experience is an asset
