Job Description

Skyward Exteriors is seeking a highly organized Project Manager Assistant to support exterior construction and restoration projects in Edmonton.

You will work closely with Project Managers, field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers to keep schedules, documentation, materials, communications, and follow-ups organized and moving forward.

Responsibilities
Support Project Managers with the day-to-day coordination of roofing, siding, gutters, soffit/fascia, windows, doors, and other exterior projects.
Maintain project schedules, work orders, task lists, appointments, and status updates.
Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers regarding schedules, access, materials, and project updates.
Maintain project files, including photos, scopes, estimates, invoices, work orders, change orders, and completion documents.
Assist with site-visit scheduling, inspections, measurements, and documentation.
Follow up on materials, approvals, customer information, subcontractor tasks, and deficiencies.
Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Assist Project Managers with estimates, purchase orders, change orders, progress tracking,



and closeout documentation.
Track material orders and deliveries and flag potential shortages or delays.
Update project-management systems and spreadsheets.
Help ensure deficiencies and warranty items are properly documented and followed through.
Escalate schedule, customer, safety, or project issues to the Project Manager.

Qualifications
1–2+ years of administrative, project coordination, construction, roofing, restoration, or related experience preferred.
Robust organization and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Solid follow-through and time-management skills.
Comfortable coordinating multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Construction or project-management software experience is an asset.
Knowledge of roofing or exterior construction is an asset.
Xactimate or insurance restoration documentation experience is an asset.
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
