We're expanding and looking for someone to join our dynamic team as a Receptionist. This energetic role is vital in creating a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and staff alike. As a Receptionist, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service. Duties
Greet visitors, clients, and patients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, and managing correspondence to support daily office functions
Assist with appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings to facilitate seamless communication within the organization
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring positive interactions at all times





Requirements
Clerical or administrative experience in a Veterinary Hospital is an asset
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette is highly desirable
Ability to type quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail for proofreading and document management
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and qualified communication style
