Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid mechanical background and be well versed with welding/fabrication, with the ability to work with and maintain various machinery. This role requires expertise in reading blueprints and performing welding tasks as necessary. The Millwright will play a crucial role in ensuring an efficient operation and maintaining equipment.

Duties
Install, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment according to specifications.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using logic controllers and other diagnostic tools.
Install various steel structures and projects.
Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and operational parameters.
Perform welding tasks as needed to repair or fabricate components.
Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
Conduct routine inspections of machinery to identify potential issues before they escalate.





Experience
Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar role within an industrial environment.
Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on various types of machinery.
Familiarity with electrical systems, including low voltage applications.
Experience with HVAC systems is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals effectively.
Welding experience is a plus, particularly in an industrial setting.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with solid attention to detail.
