QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in Maintenance within a Hotel environment preferred

Knowledge of all maintenance aspects of a full-service Hotel, particularly plumbing and mechanical.

Position is physically demanding

Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and guest service skills

Team player and a self-starter with robust organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and effectively as required, to contribute to a positive guest experience, and to work effectively in a multi-tasked environment.

Knowledge of applicable building codes, (plumbing, electrical) and implementing the secure work practices outlined in each.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in preventative maintenance measures

Complete all tasks in a timely manner within a multifunctional team environment





Observe and follow the established Emergency Fire & Health & Safety procedures and to work in a prudent and protected manner, ensuring regulations are followed.
