Key Responsibilities
Manage customer communication and vehicle updates from intake to delivery.
Coordinate with insurance adjusters and estimators for timely claim and supplement approvals.
Work closely with body shop technicians to maintain steady workflow and cycle times.
Perform vehicle check-ins, preliminary estimate reviews, and final delivery inspections.
