This seasonal, full time role reports to the Snow Sports School Assistant Director and requires a professional with robust customer service skills and experience in guest relations. You will oversee the Snow Sports School Desk while managing booking systems like RTP.

A focus on organization and teamwork is essential as you lead a staff of about 10, ensuring all activities run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of Snow School and Central Reservations desks
Handle lesson bookings, modifications, and cancellations




Process payments for lift tickets and rental packages
Train and mentor staff on desk operations
Communicate effectively with guests and internal teams

Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service or ski resort
Solid skills in RTP, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Ability to work independently during peak times
Availability for weekends and holidays
