Duties
Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles with precision and flair
Provide personalized consultations to understand clients’ preferences and recommend suitable styles and products
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools, stations, and work areas to ensure a safe and hygienic setting
Engage with clients in a friendly, skilled manner to build rapport and enhance their overall experience
Upsell hair care products and retail items that complement clients’ needs, boosting sales and satisfaction
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments efficiently




Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and product innovations through ongoing training and industry research

Qualifications
Proven experience in hair styling with a solid portfolio of diverse looks and techniques
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and actively listen to client needs
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures within a salon setting
Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine client relationships
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients alike
Prior experience managing front desk operations or retail sales is a plus but not required
A valid cosmetology license or relevant certification as mandated by local regulations
