About the Position

SECRET BEAUTY SALON CORP is looking for a Call Centre Representative to help clients book beauty appointments and receive information about salon services. Most of your day will involve speaking with clients by phone, updating appointments and helping the salon team maintain an organized booking schedule.

Your Main Tasks
Answer incoming client calls.
Book salon appointments.
Confirm and reschedule appointments.
Provide basic information about salon services.
Record client contact information.
Answer routine questions about appointment availability.
Forward service-specific questions to salon professionals.
Respond to voicemail messages.
Make appointment reminder calls when needed.
Maintain accurate booking information.

Who We Are Looking For
1–2 years of customer service,



call centre or reception experience preferred.
Friendly telephone manner.
Good communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Comfortable learning a booking system.
Organized and dependable.
Able to work with multiple appointments and client requests.
Beauty industry experience is helpful but not necessary.
