Licensed Automotive Service Technician
We are seeking a Licensed Automotive Service Technician (Journeyperson) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, and committed to delivering high‑quality repairs and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle diagnostics — Perform advanced mechanical and electronic diagnostics using OEM and aftermarket scan tools.
Repair & maintenance — Complete repairs on engines, brakes, steering, suspension, drivetrains, HVAC, and electrical systems.
Preventive services — Conduct inspections, fluid services, and scheduled maintenance.
Work order documentation — Accurately record findings, parts used, and repairs performed.
Customer communication — Provide clear explanations of issues and recommended repairs.
Shop safety compliance — Follow all Alberta OH&S; and company safety procedures.
Qualifications
Journeyperson Automotive Service Technician Certificate (Alberta)
Red Seal Endorsement required
Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with clean abstract
Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with up-to-date scan tools and computerized repair systems
