This role is perfect for current Ontario Tech U students who can commit to the full schedule. You will handle duties such as unpacking and distributing hoods and gowns, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with setup and cleanup. Strong communication skills and a supportive team approach are essential, along with the ability to lift boxes of 20 kg or more.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide welcoming service to graduates and faculty
• Hand out gowns and hoods under manager guidance
• Assist with unpacking and preparing regalia
• Support setup and cleanup of the hood and gown area
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace
Requirements:
• Current Ontario Tech U student preferred
• Solid oral communication skills
• Ability to lift 20+ kg boxes
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Must have Social Insurance Number for payment
