- Process floral orders
- Receive floral orders
- Design and create floral products
- Merchandise floral displays
- Analyze and control shrink
- Maintain accurate cash drawer while following company policies and procedures
- Adhere and implement all applicable company standards




- Perform administrative duties as required

What you bring to the table:

- Floral Design Training
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Above average communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including attention to detail, time management, and ability to multi-task
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to design and create floral products
- High School Diploma
- Minimum three years of experience in floral design at a retail level
