We are partnering with a well-established distribution client to find a Warehouse Manager for a temperature-controlled facility. This role is responsible for leading all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, efficient handling of perishable products while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, compliance, and team performance.What You'll DoOversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, order picking, and shippingEnsure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, CFIA) and cold chain requirementsLead, coach, and develop warehouse staff; manage scheduling and labour planningMonitor and report on key operational KPIs (productivity, inventory accuracy, OTIF, etc.)Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysisDrive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, layout,
