In this opening shift role from 4:30AM to 12:30PM, you'll play a vital part in providing top-notch customer service. Your responsibilities will include managing member concerns, assisting in retail operations, and upholding cleanliness standards. Flexibility and multi-tasking are key, as you will actively promote club programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve member concerns proactively and efficiently
• Provide exceptional service in cafe and pro-shop
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the club




• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs and services
• Assist with member experience events when needed
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• 1+ years of customer service experience in relevant sectors
• Current CPR & First Aid certification required
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Commitment to outstanding service and member satisfaction
