We are currently seeking a Full-Time Permanent Customer Care & Reservations Specialist to join our team in St. John's, NL.

Job Duties:
Travel Agency Support. Assisting travel agencies with reservation and ticketing support
Eticket Database Maintenance
Daily maintenance of our eticket database
Processing open coupons
Processing exception etickets
Daily processing of the eticket ETL error queue
GDS reject Queue Maintenance
Daily on-time processing of the GDS reject queue
Tier 2 Ticketing Support
Assisting PAL Airline station CSR's with reservation and ticketing support of GDS, Interline and Codeshare bookings
Assisting Other Airline Partner helpdesks with reservation and ticketing support of FIM/Interline/Codeshare Bookings
Reservations Agent duties as required
Quote fares and book flights for customers;
Provide customers with necessary information connected with flights;
Communicate with customers to determine individual needs;




Must make use of excellent communication and sales skills;
Respond to cargo inquires providing freight quotes, fares, reservations, revenue reporting, sales reporting, lost and damage bag reporting, and answering phones;
When necessary, identify and implement solutions to meet evolving industry and customer needs;
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Completion of secondary schooling in a related field is required
1+ years of customer service experience is required
1+ years of technical support experience is preferred
Experience in Travel and Tourism is preferred
