candidates meeting all other requirements and qualificationsmay be considered for the position.Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing required.Master's Degree in Nursing is preferred.Certification/Licensure/RegistrationResponsible for maintaining and providing proof of registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM).Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Training requirements for this position shall be in accordance with Employer policy.Active participation in professional associations e.G. Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM) preferred.Valid Driver's License and use of a vehicle.Qualifications and SkillsScope of practice as documented in the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA).Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and to prioritize a large complex workload to meet deadlines.Exceptional communication skills - both oral and written.Demonstrates the ability to be flexible in a dynamic environment.Knowledge and understanding of cultural diversity as it relates to clients and staff.Demonstrates ability to function as a team member; works collaboratively across sectors; is an active participant in multi-disciplinary teams.Basic computer skills in a windows environment.Physical RequirementsNot ApplicableIf there are no applicants meeting the posted qualifications,
