With multi-trade knowledge and utmost attention to detail, you will be responsible for directing the efficient operations and hands‐on maintenance of Scotlynn facilities and special projects. You will lead various teams, coordinate contractors, and ensure all work meets building codes, safety standards, and operational requirements.How You'll Do ItPlanning, overseeing and executing new construction, renovation and maintenance of projectsDaily supervision of general labourers, trades, and subcontractorsOversight of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, and mechanical building systemsEnsuring building systems are functioning properly and safelyEnsuring the facilities comply with all relevant laws and regulationsConducting and documenting inspections, permits, and compliance reportsManaging facility maintenance programs for buildings and groundsCoordinating vendors, materials,
