Summary
The Cashier delivers a welcoming customer experience and accurate, productive checkout service. This role processes transactions, supports sales through product knowledge and cross-selling, and maintains a clean, organized cashwrap.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide qualified service.

Process purchases, returns, promotions, and ship-to-home orders accurately.

Maintain customer profiles and accurate transaction data in the POS system.

Keep the cashwrap and queue area clean and uphold visual merchandising standards.

Complete required training and collaborate with the team to support store operations.

Requirements

Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty workplace is preferred.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.

Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.

Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts as business needs require.
