Job Title Millwright Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Millwright, where you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of industrial machinery and equipment within a manufacturing environment. Your role will ensure machinery operates safely, efficiently, and reliably through preventive maintenance and quick response to breakdowns. You will apply your technical expertise in mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and CNC equipment to support production requirements. Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems. Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and provide effective, timely solutions. Perform equipment changeovers, setups, and relocations as required. Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance programs. Modify, install, dismantle, and assemble machinery and heavy equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and schematics. Essential Skills Experience in troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and CNC equipment. Must have 443A ticket. Must have Ontario Certificate of Qualification (CofQ). Must have 3+ years of millwright experience in a manufacturing environment. Work Workplace Work within a three‑shift rotation that changes every two weeks: Days (7:30‑3:30), Afternoons (3:30‑11:30), and Nights (11:30‑7:30).



Enjoy a paid 10‑minute break and a 20‑minute lunch. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Ingersoll, ON. This is a fully onsite position in Ingersoll, ON.
