Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing an exceptional first impression of the restaurant.
- Manage seating arrangements, ensuring guests are seated promptly and comfortably.
- Maintain an updated reservation system, balancing seating for walk-ins and reservations.
- Communicate with the kitchen staff to keep them informed of guest arrivals and readiness for service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues or complaints to ensure a positive dining experience.




- Coordinate with the waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Serving it Right certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a quick-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations and guest information.
- Part-time position with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability for peak dining hours and special events is essential.
