life insurance and disability programsPaid holidays and vacationFriendly Work Environment - Inclusive workplace culture that values and empowers team membersOn-the-job training in a continuous learning environment through variety of in-house training initiativesWHAT YOU WILL DOPre-inspect handling equipment prior to use and maintains inspection logAbility to safety operate and maintain handling equipmentPerform garbage removal for the plant and mange garbage bins and the surrounding area.Load and unload parts / racks / crates / pallets securely to / from trucksManager all hazardous waste and keep a log of pickupsPick up and deliver acetone to recycler of recyclingDrains and de=caps drums as instructedPerform plant cleaning as assignedAssist maintenance team with material handling project s required.Promote and facilitate lean manufacturing and 5's programs for materialsPerform data entry duties as requiredMaintain, organize, and clean company yard when required / instructedWHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentEffective communication skills, both verbal and written as essential.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specificationsOUR WHYWe exist to move people.
