This on-call/casual position involves monitoring and maintaining safety at the Ladysmith RCMP Detachment under the guidance of RCMP members. You will observe detainees using CCTV, log activities, assist with meal organization, and maintain cleanliness in the detention area. The role requires vigilance and a willingness to engage in necessary tasks to ensure the facility's operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Observe and check detainees frequently with CCTV
• Organize meals and maintain activity logs




• Monitor detainees in medical facilities as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and security of cells
• Dispense approved medications under supervision

Requirements:
• Valid Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification
• Ability to obtain RCMP Reliability Clearance
• Proficiency in English communication
• Mobility to assist with equipment and safety tasks
