Their Canadian team, located in Kirkland, Quebec, operates as a close-knit satellite office while playing an important role in supporting the company's North American sales, customer service, and finance operations.They are currently looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team of three. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative setting, building relationships with customers, and taking ownership of their work.As the Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll be an important part of the day-to-day financial operations of the business. You'll work closely with the finance, sales,



and customer service teams while managing customer accounts and helping ensure payments are processed and followed up on efficiently.ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer account recordsMonitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding receivablesCommunicate with customers regarding account balances, payments, and inquiriesInvestigate and resolve payment discrepancies in collaboration with sales and customer serviceSupport the team with general accounting and administrative tasks as neededHelp ensure a smooth and professional experience for customers throughout the payment processRequirements2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accountingBilingual in French and English, both written and spokenStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skillsProfessional and confident communication skillsProficiency with Excel and accounting softwareExperience with Acomba or a similar accounting system is an assetComfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environmentA proactive, reliable approach and willingness to take ownership of your responsibilities
