Side by Side Therapy is seeking skilled Instructor Therapists for part time, contract positions across York and surrounding areas. Candidates will work directly with children, applying Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) strategies under the direction of a Senior Therapist. Prior experience in implementing ABA procedures is essential, as well as strong communication skills and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement ABA strategies at client homes
• Record and graph session data accurately




• Follow the client’s Individualized Service Plan (ISP)
• Communicate regularly with parents and team members
• Arrive prepared and on time for sessions

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months relevant experience
• College Diploma or University Degree in a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Access to reliable transportation
• Certification in CPR/First Aid preferred
