This hybrid role offers impactful in-person training combined with administrative support.The Clinical Educator will engage in significant onsite delivery and support for regulated and unregulated staff across assigned LTC homes. You’ll develop educational content, assess clinical competencies, and promote secure practices while ensuring high-quality resident care. Collaboration with home and regional leaders is essential to identify educational priorities and areas for improvement.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing clinical skills education

- RN or RPN in good standing
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience
