Extendicare is seeking a Registered Dietitian to lead resident nutrition/hydration care. You will assess residents, develop and adjust nutrition plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal care at our Fort Macleod location.
You will provide counseling, monitor at-risk residents, and contribute to menu reviews, nutrition education, and quality improvement initiatives in a long-term care setting. Part time position with competitive advantages.
