Cylindrical GrinderVaughan, ON$30-$40/hrResponsibilitiesSet up and operate multi-axis CNC grinding machines, including live tooling.Read and interpret manufacturing drawings and basic GD&T.Perform first-off inspections and verify parts using calibrated measuring instruments.Adjust tooling, offsets, and machine parameters as required.Maintain quality, traceability, and accurate production documentation.Knowledge of manual and CNC grinding operations, tooling, CAM files, and post processor codes.Ensure machines are clean, inspected, and operating efficiently.Execute the assigned manufacturing job(s) on the assigned CNC machine(s).Prepare setup for request of a first-off inspection either by an Inspector or Supervision.RequirementsMinimum 4+ years of experience operating and setting up CNC grinding machines in a precision manufacturing workplace.Strong knowledge of manual and CNC grinding operations, tooling selection, wheel dressing, offsets,
