Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise dining room operations in a remote lodge
• Drive staff and suppliers to offsite locations
• Train and mentor dining staff on service standards
• Setup dining areas for meal services,

• Prepare menu items in large volumes efficiently
Requirements:
• 3 years in food service or hotel management
• Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
• SafeCheck food safety certification or HACCP preferred
• Experience in supervision and training teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
