As a Seasonal Operator for Dawson Road Maintenance, you will play a crucial role in guaranteeing the safety and cleanliness of roads. Reporting to the Road Foreperson, this full-time position requires expertise in operating heavy equipment while collaborating with team members. Your ability to navigate diverse conditions and perform necessary maintenance will drive production objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy equipment in all weather conditions
• Explicit snow and ice from roadways safely
• Maintain equipment and complete work reports




• Follow Supervisor direction for daily activities
• Perform additional road maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:
• Minimum two years in road maintenance or construction
• Valid Class 1 or 3 driver's license required
• Previous snow removal experience preferred
• Understanding of road construction materials
• Capable of completing vehicle trip inspections
