Our client is a well-established wealth management practice in the Niagara Region seeking a Licensed Administrative Associate to join its growing team.As a key team member, you will support Investment Advisors with client service, account administration, compliance coordination, and operational support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled, proactive, and experienced in the investment or wealth management industry.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and supportCoordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare client documentation and reportsProcess account openings, transfers, updates, EFTs, PAC/SWP setups, and trade submissionsMaintain accurate client records and ensure compliance documentation is complete and currentSupport financial planning initiatives, portfolio reviews, and investment proposal preparationAssist with branch operations, office coordination,



and administrative functionsQualificationsCompletion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH) requiredPrevious experience in a financial services or wealth management environmentStrong understanding of investment products, compliance requirements, and trade processingExceptional organizational, communication, and client service skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM/Salesforce experience considered an assetCurrent Investment Representative (IR) registration is an assetThis organization offers a professional and supportive environment focused on collaboration, growth, and long-term success.
