In addition, the individual provides assistance to Lot Manager, Facilities Manager, Sales Management, and other lot duties.Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesCommunicates with reception and sales consultants in order to coordinate vehicle location, presentation,



and deliveryEnsures the lot and showroom vehicles are clean and organizedDrives safely and carefully while obeying traffic regulations at all times and has no accident recordIs thorough with all cars and paying great attention to detail to ensure all vehicles are ready before delivery – fuel, wash, wax, and polish scratches when necessaryWorks well as a team and completes duties without direct supervisionBe knowledgeable when inspecting new cars that are dropped off at the lotFuel up vehicles and navigate cars in the lotHelp in preparing for current car delivery, check and update delivery sheetOpen gates and move blockers carsCoordinate deliveries with detailEnsures customer parking and front line are tidy and efficient with navigating and organizing all vehicles, including demosQualificationsValid BC Driver's License, Class 7 or Class 5 and must be able to provide driving abstractAbility to work independently, with little or no supervisionStrong team player and ability to cooperate with various departmentsDetail-oriented and strong organizational skillsStrong time management skillsAble to withstand working in a semi-outdoor environmentThe ability to drive a manual transmission is an assetOther duties as assigned by managementCompensation$19.00 - $20.00 per hourWork EnvironmentOur hours of operations are below.
