What you’ll do

Work a steady pipeline of 60 to 100 warm inbound leads a month from our own lead generation platform.

Respond to new inquiries quickly so good leads don't go cold.

Keep your pipeline tidy and sorted by stage, risk type, and expected close date.

Run discovery calls using our scripts and risk frameworks to learn what each business needs.

Check each opportunity against carrier appetite guides so you spend time on accounts that can be placed.

Collect the details underwriters need, such as revenue, operations, and claims history.

Work with carrier underwriters on terms across General Liability, Property, Professional Liability (E&O;), Cyber, and Commercial Auto.

Choose the best carrier for each client based on their risk, price, and quality of coverage.

Use our submission tool to build one clean risk package and send it to several carriers at once.

Keep the CRM up to date with account details, quote stages, premiums, and policy documents.

Let our AI assistants transcribe calls, draft follow-up emails, read loss runs, and summarize quotes.





Walk business owners through their quotes and explain the differences, exclusions, and extras.

Answer objections, finalize the policy structure, and get the commitment to bind.

Bind coverage, collect the first payment, complete carrier paperwork, and hand the client to our Small Business Service Team for ongoing service and renewals.

What you’ll bring

A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or a related field.

1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, insurance operations, or another high-volume customer role.

Comfort with CRMs, new software, and AI tools, and the ability to learn our own platforms quickly.

Strong writing and speaking skills, with a confident, professional presence on the phone and on video.
