Shared Health is seeking an experienced clinician for the Intensive Treatment Services team. You’ll be responsible for developing client treatment plans, delivering direct care, and executing therapeutic interventions. A commitment to fostering qualified relationships within a multidisciplinary team is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct client care and therapeutic interventions
• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans
• Manage the therapeutic milieu effectively




• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain care quality
• Identify and utilize community resources for client support

Requirements:
• Minimum of two years of related practical experience
• University degree in Social Sciences or equivalent
• Preference for Child & Youth Care Worker Association membership
• Solid ability to foster skilled relationships
• Satisfactory Criminal Records Check required
