This role combines reception duties with administrative support and event coordination. It requires a polished communicator who is proactive, organized, and enthusiastic about promoting the Miller brand experience both internally and externally.
You will be essential in ensuring a professional and customer‑focused atmosphere at our Corporate Head Office.Main ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner while ensuring all guest sign‑in and safety protocols are followedManage the main phone line by answering, screening, and forwarding calls as appropriate, and providing accurate information when neededEnsure the reception area and boardrooms are always clean, organized, and presentation‑ready, before and after meetingsCoordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services in a timely and organized mannerSupport departments with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and schedulingMaintain and update office calendars, administrative records, and shared communication toolsManage meeting logistics, including boardroom booking, refreshments, and room setup as neededContribute to internal communication initiatives by supporting announcements, posters, or event coordinationAssist with special projects, data entry, or reporting tasks as assigned by leadershipProvide coordination and support for company eventsQualifications1–3 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or front‑office support role is preferredProficient in Microsoft OfficePositive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer serviceHighly organized, detail‑oriented,
and dependableStrong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly toneStrong ability to adapt to new technology and troubleshootAbility to multi‑task and adapt in a fast‑paced environmentSelf‑starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamPrior experience in a corporate or construction industry office workplace is an assetA current drivers license is preferred as some coordination of resources for events is requiredCompensationThis position offers a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000.
