TheData Analystwill work cross‑functionally with Operations, Engineering, Finance and Procurement teams to monitor key performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities and support data‑driven decision‑making across mining and AI cloud infrastructure. This position offers unique visibility across multiple sites and operational segments within a quick‑growing, high‑performance compute environment powered by renewable energy.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree required; a focus in Engineering,Statistics or Analytics is preferred.A minimum of three (3) years of experience, preferably in the construction, manufacturing or energy sector.Full proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent communication skills to present data findings.Strong command of SQL,



respectively for analysis and data visualization.Strong foundation in statistical analysis, trend modelling and performance benchmarking.Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth and globally distributed environment with evolving data structures and needs.Team player with strong desire for growth and development.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain operational reports across multiple sites.Support improvement or remediation workstreams with other teams.Support the team in building scalable and standardised processes as we grow our data centre operations.Extract, transform and analyse large datasets from databases, monitoring and ticketing platforms (Grafana, Jira) to generate actionable insights.Develop SQL queries to improve data accessibility, accuracy and automation across reporting environments.Support predictive models to support failure detection and energy optimisation strategies.Ensure data integrity and reliability by validating data sources,
