As a Development Specialist, you will report directly to the Development & Communications Manager, specializing in major gifts and corporate partnerships. Your responsibilities will encompass donor stewardship, impact reporting, and crafting engaging campaigns to expand fundraising efforts. This position requires strong relationship-building and project management skills to effectively contribute to the organization’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and maintain donor relationships and respond to inquiries
• Organize stewardship events and represent CDC at engagements




• Execute the monthly giving program and fundraising campaigns
• Manage CRM data entry and donor records confidentiality
• Develop and review the agency’s Corporate Partnership Plan
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Development or Non-profit Management
• Over 3 years in the non-profit sector
• Proven experience in donor stewardship and fundraising
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools
