They are required to work through the night shift on the front desk.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Fluent in English and French (preferred)High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalentCompletion of a two-year apprenticeship program, or a college program in front desk operations or hotel management preferredExperience in all aspects of customer service and people managementStrong working knowledge of hospitality industry principles, methods, practices, and techniquesStrong working knowledge of accounting practices and principlesAbility to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions requiredExceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skillsAble to respond quickly in a energetic and changing environmentAble to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customersKnowledge of cost analysis, fiscal management, and budgeting techniquesAble to effectively communicate both verbally and in writingDUTIES:Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignmentsRegister arriving guests and assign roomsAnswer enquiries regarding hotel services and registration by letter, by telephone and in person, provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests' complaintsCompile and check daily record sheets,
