We would love to hear from you!About Gold’s Gym BCBig Brand Name - Canadian Owned and Operated.Compensation$3500 monthly + uncapped commissionsShifts RequiredFull-Time5 Days a week, 1 weekend day requiredEvening shifts required, must be available evenings until 9pm+GENERAL ResponsibilitiesComplete all new hire on boarding training to master base tasks and advanced sales tasks and habitsEnsures ongoing upkeep and over all facility maintenance and operationsWorks with sales/leaders to ensure all member feed back and requests are being addressed and handled in a timely mannerAble to self organize with a robust attention to detail / demonstrates proactive critical thinking skillsSALES SUPPORTMeet and exceed personal sales quota by monitoring sales KPIs, forecasting, fine-tuning sales processes, and ensuring company habits and non-negotiables are being followedParticipate in events to generate new sales, such as trade shows, open houses, member appreciation nights, etc.)Deliver financial results by creating a positive and supportive environment, setting standards in customer service and staff training and developmentGenerate sales through providing guests with tours of the facility, business to business outreach, referrals from members,
