Infosys is hiring for Analog layout in Vancouver. You will work with layout engineers and RF designers to craft transistor-level layouts for RF and analog blocks, including bandgap, LDOs, ADC/DAC, and PLLs.
You will ensure layouts pass extraction, DRC, LVS, and DFM checks with a robust emphasis on matching, parasitics, shielding, and high-frequency routing. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 4+ years in IT with eligibility to work in Canada.
