Become a key part of the AEO team as a part time Brand Ambassador in Kelowna, BC. You'll create exceptional shopping experiences and foster brand loyalty with enthusiastic customer interactions.
In this role, your main goal is to engage customers while showcasing your love for AE and Aerie products. You’ll use the AEO Selling Model to connect with guests, assist them in finding their perfect items, and highlight the AEO loyalty program. Flexibility across various store zones is essential, as well as a knack for solving customer problems effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers using the AEO Selling Model
• Showcase and educate guests about AE & Aerie products
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand initiatives




• Adapt between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy
Requirements:
• Retail experience preferred, especially in customer service
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• High energy and multitasking ability
• Availability during evenings and weekends
