Lead the Integrated Case Management Team at Native Counselling Services of Alberta in Edmonton. This full-time position focuses on mentorship, program support, and guiding staff through housing and stabilization efforts.
The Team Lead will provide daily supervision and support for front-line staff, helping individuals and families navigate complex housing situations. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor ICMT support staff daily
• Manage caseload distribution and maintain program coverage
• Ensure compliance with NCSA policies and safety protocols
Requirements:
• Experience with Indigenous communities and cultures
• Background in supervision or mentorship is preferred
• Proficient in case management and crisis intervention
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Valid criminal record check and Alberta driver’s license
